Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a harmonizing meditative practice to realign the body, mind and spirit. We are offering a 1 hour gentle Yoga class where students are seated in a chair or have the option to use the chair as a prop. Students will do a series of stretches and poses to open up the body through the 6 ranges of motion, and to learn how to focus the mind through breath work.

Especially designed for anyone with any mobility or joint issues preventing them from doing a floor yoga class.

Time:  6:00 – 7:00
Cost:   $75 for Members / $100 for Non-Members

Gurdeep Bhogal is a 200 Hour RYT, who trained with prominent Boston based teachers Larisa Forman & Vito Politano in Marblehead MA. Gurdeep was first introduced to Yoga by her sister, an avid Iyengar Yoga practitioner, during her late teens. Coming back to yoga several times over the years, a beach Yoga class in Maylasia two years ago, inspired her to deepen her engagement with Yoga. As a Spiritualist, an Intuitive Medium and Reiki Master Healer, Gurdeep uncovered a deep and harmonious connection with Yoga Philosophy and practice. She hopes to consistently bring Spiritual knowledge, safe alignment and a deep sense of compassion to her students. She is deeply grateful to be part of their evolution, on and off the mat.
